This product is designed to fit a wide range of gas cans from different manufacturers and years. It is only suitable for use with fuel containers made before January 1, 2009. The gas nozzle for gas cans makes fuel transfer easier and safer, eliminating wastage, splashes, and spills. When pouring liquid, it is important to open the gas can vent caps to allow air to enter smoothly, and not to remove the spout from the base cap after use to prevent damage to the gasket.

There are two types of screw caps included in the kit. The yellow screw collar cap with a coarse thread is suitable for cans from Blitz, Briggs & Stratton (later models), Eagle, Igloo, Midwest Can (gas, water, diesel), Scepter, and Stancan (metal). The black screw collar cap with a fine thread is suitable for cans from Blitz (gas, kerosene, and diesel), Briggs & Stratton (early models), Essence, Gott, and Rubbermaid.

The nozzle has a thread design to ensure a tight and leak-free seal. There are also two types of vent caps included in the kit. The black gas can vent cap is suitable for cans like Rubbermaid Gott and Essence that come with a vent hole, while the yellow gas can vent cap is for cans like Midwest and Scepter that do not have a vent hole, requiring drilling a hole and installing the vent cap.

The gas can nozzle-kit is made of high-quality plastic that is less prone to cracking, and the thicker and wider rubber gaskets provide a better fit to prevent liquid leakage during refueling.
